CASALUISS, a cost-free service for LUISS students, will help you find the accommodation that best suits your need.

CASALUISS offers accommodation in a carefully selected group of apartments within a maximum distance of 20 minutes by bus from LUISS.
Each apartment can host from 2 to 6 students and it is fully furnished, including kitchen supplies and washing machine. ADSL connection is available and should be activated by students upon their arrival.

The price per year is €6000 EUROS for a single room and €4200 EUROS for a bed in a double room shared with another student. There could be a plus or minus 10% variation depending on specific room/house quality. Rent will be due on an anticipated monthly basis, except for the last installment which should be paid entirely on June 1st.

A booking deposit of €1000 EUROS is due to reserve the selected room and will be lost if the reservation is later cancelled unless the student can be timely replaced. Upon arrival and occupation of room, this deposit will become a contractual deposit which will be returned to the student at the end of stay, provided that all contractual obligations have been met (no payments due, no damages or loss of property). Utility costs will be equally shared and paid by students based on actual consumption. A good estimate is a maximum expense per student of €30 EUROS/month.
